This class uses the lower body and works it well.
This is a medium to high intensity yoga class.
The lower body is exercised by focusing on the hip joints, buttocks, thighs, and calves, which are essential for walking, supporting, and stepping, while working the muscles of the buttocks and back of the thighs firmly.
