Thank you for visiting Sera Clinic.
In July, we will hold a total of 5 yoga lessons with two themes: daytime and evening sessions.
Please join us based on the themes that interest you!

Daytime Session (3 performances) - Core Axis Balance YogaBuild a Body That Doesn't Sway

In summer, the burden of thermoregulation leads to decreased muscle and nerve function, making people more prone to losing their balance.
We build a "centered body" through movements that link the core to the fingertips, such as standing on one leg and weight shifting.

Recommended for people like this:
I feel unsteady when I walk or stand.
・I'm concerned about poor posture and core weakness.
I want to get rid of my summer fatigue by being active.

Evening session (2 sessions) Summer Evening Night Yoga~Reset Your Day's Fatigue and Achieve Deep Sleep~

Last summer's very popular night yoga is back again this year!
With slow breaths and longer pose holds, we'll activate your parasympathetic nervous system to release physical and mental tension.

Recommended for people like this:
・Summer fatigue / Can't shake off tiredness
Difficulty falling asleep, shallow sleep.
I want to relax with gentle yoga.

Outdoor lessons may be canceled depending on the weather on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

How to make a reservation

You can easily apply for yoga lessons by filling out the reservation form on the "Yoga Lesson" page in the "Medical Departments" menu on our website.

What to Bring & Important Notes

・Water ・Comfortable clothing ・Yoga mat (rental available / purchase 2,000 JPY)
Please notify us of cancellations at least one week in advance (after that, please contact us by phone).

★ You can also come with family and friends who have not visited our hospital before.
 Please write in the "Notes" section when booking.
