Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A. Even if you don't know which department to consult, can I consult with you?
A. Yes, that is possible. After reviewing your symptoms or health checkup results, we will guide you on the necessary steps. If you are unsure which department to visit, please book an appointment with the General Internal Medicine.
Q. Can I come in without an appointment?
A. You can come in for an appointment, but there may be a long wait. To ensure smooth service, please use our web reservation system whenever possible.
Q. Is it possible to get tested on the same day?
A. Depending on the type of examination or test, we may be able to accommodate you on the same day. Blood tests, urine tests, EKGs, X-rays, ultrasounds, and bone density scans will be performed if deemed necessary by the doctor.
Can I consult about multiple symptoms at once?
Yes, that is possible. However, if you have many symptoms or require multiple tests, we may prioritize and proceed with your treatment accordingly. If you have multiple concerns, please discuss them with us during your consultation first.
Q. Can I consult even if I am being treated at another hospital?
A. Yes, it is possible. We will review your current treatment and test results and suggest what we can handle at our clinic if necessary. A referral letter, test results, and medication record will help streamline your consultation (you can still be seen without a referral letter).
