At Ikejiri Ohashi Sera Clinic, for a smooth consultation,We kindly ask that you make your reservation online.
Walk-ins are welcome, but priority is given to those with appointments, so you may experience a longer wait time.
Please use the advance online reservation as much as possible.

After making your reservation, please fill out the online questionnaire and submit it before your visit.

Information for Your Visit
- The reservation time is a guide.
We guide approximately 3 to 5 patients per 30-minute time slot on a rolling basis. Depending on the nature of the consultation and congestion, you may have to wait past your scheduled appointment time. - Regarding reception hours
Registration closes 15 minutes before the end of each consultation time. - Regarding the days the director is away
The clinic director will be absent on Tuesdays, Thursday mornings, and Saturdays, and a part-time orthopedic surgeon will be in charge of consultations. - We may guide you through tests before your examination.
The doctor may check the online questionnaire in advance and guide you to take X-rays or other tests before the examination depending on your symptoms.
