The insurance company will then contact our clinic directly. This contact will complete the registration process required for treatment under the liability insurance.
*Until you inform us that you are coming to our clinic and your insurance company contacts us, you will be responsible for your own medical expenses.
After receiving notification from the insurance company, we will process the refund of your co-payment.
